Return conditions and exchanges

If the goods do not meet your expectations, contact me and together we will try to solve any problem that may arise.

Contact me within 5 days of delivery by email indicating:

order details, return reason and photos to explain the return request.

Within 48 working hours of the request, our return authorization will be sent with a code to be applied to the outside of the package. If the return has not been authorized, and does not display the authorization code, we will refuse the delivery, and therefore it will return to the Sender.

In order for you to request a return, the product, even if opened, must be "as new", therefore intact, with complete packaging and in perfect condition, complete with all accessories, the tag must still be attached to the product

If the returned item is not in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.

To return, write the code received on the box and send it at your expense with the courier of your choice to:

Remember to send the package within: 14 days of delivery.

You will be notified by email as soon as your return is received.

The sums to be refunded will be processed as quickly as possible and, in any case, within thirty days from the date on which the seller became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal and once the correct execution of the terms and conditions indicated above has been verified .

The sum will be refunded will be net of the shipping and packaging costs incurred.

If the methods and terms for exercising the right of withdrawal are not respected, the user will not be entitled to a refund of the sums already paid to the seller

For the return to be possible, the customer must be a private individual.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged

Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or faulty, I cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom Orders
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on offer

Exchange and Return Policy

In case the items shouldn't meet your expectations, please contact us and we will do our utmost best to solve every problem that might arise.

Please contact us within 5 days of receipt by email, providing:

Order details, cause of return and picture explaining the motivation for returning the item.

Within 2 working days from the request, our authorization for return will be sent with a code to be applied on the returning package. If the return should not be authorized, or the authorization code should not be properly provided, we will reject the delivery, and will be returned to Sender .

In order to ask for a return of the item, even if opened, the item must be “as new”, thus pristine, with the original packaging and in perfect conditions, complete with all the accessories, with the product tag must still be attached .

If the product shouldn't be pristine meeting the original conditions, the Buyer will be responsible for the value loss of the item.

In order to ask for a return write on the package the code previously received and send it on your or w n expenses with the carrier that you prefer to:

You will receive a notification by email once your return will be received.

Refunds will be reimbursed as soon as possible, and in any case, within thirty days from the date on which the Seller has been notified of the right of withdrawal and once verified the correct execution of the terms and conditions mentioned above. Whenever the terms and conditions for exercising the recess right shouldn't be met, the Buyer will not have the right to the refund for the sums already paid to the Seller.

In order for the refund to be possible the Buyer must be a private customer.

The following articles cannot be returned or exchanged

Due to the intrinsic nature of these articles, other than them being received damaged or defective, we will not accept returns for:

- Personalized orders;
- Intimate products (for reasons of hygiene/health)
- Items on promotion;
